Application Process

Follow the process below to register your child for Lee Academy.

1. Fill out the INFORMATION SHEET and submit records from your school to our office

2. Fill out and sign the EDUCATIONAL CONTRACT and attach the registration fee (click to see Tuition Payment Schedule)

*You must complete all of these forms and bring them in to the Lee Academy office, or your registration will be incomplete.

The designated point of contact for all tuition-related inquiries and needs at Lee Academy is Marley Lunceford. Mrs. Lunceford is responsible for overseeing all aspects of tuition accounts, including billing, payments, financial assistance, and communication with parents and guardians regarding tuition matters and is available to provide you with tuition support and assistance. Please contact Marley Lunceford directly, instead of calling the office with any tuition-related questions or needs.
